Experience:

 

Wyatt Tinsley (Ted) has over thirty years experience in accounting and administration for both public and private companies. He has a comprehensive background in financial statements, profit and loss analysis, budgeting and internal controls.
Mr. Tinsley also has extensive experience in Federal Government cost accounting: he has incurred cost preparations and submissions, indirect pool development and expense allocations, price negotiations and forward pricing rate development. He is skilled in RFP analysis, bid recommendations and bid pricing strategy, as well as cost proposal development, category rate development, and indirect rate projections.
Mr. Tinsley has also directed the daily infrastructure support for multiple operating divisions within a publicly held company. He has accounting experience in both profit and non-profit organizations.
