Do you have an Employee Termination Checklist for your company? No worries if you don’t! Apart from the many Google searches one can do to find templates, all you really have to do is go through your New Hire Checklist and basically reverse each line item (i.e. collect all of the items that were issued, review your agreements that were executed, and cancel all of the items that were set up). Don’t forget to review any confidentiality agreements that were put into place during your exit interview.
