DID YOU KNOW?
For ALL federal contractors!
The federal government recently announced a new login process for SAM.gov in partnership with login.gov to increase security and decrease fraud through multi-factor authentication. This new approach will also help to cut down on SAM.gov delays through its more streamlined steps.
As of June 28, 2018, you’ll need a login.gov user account to access the SAM.gov website. You’ll enter your email address to create a login.gov account, set a new password, and select how you want to receive your security codes to activate the multi-factor authentication, such as a mobile or landline phone number.

MAKE SURE TO SEND THE NOTARIZED LETTER (template instructions) within 30 days of updating your login. The site isn’t clear about this, but unless you send the notarized letter within 30 days, your sam.gov account may be inactivated!
You can always contact the supporting Federal Service Desk at www.fsd.gov, or by telephone at 866-606-8220 (toll free) or 334-206-7828 (internationally) Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (ET), for FREE assistance.
