If you are an independent learner or find it challenging to attend firmly scheduled training programs whether due to time or location constraints, our self-paced courses are suited for you. The biggest benefit is that you can take the course at your own pace and at your own convenience – in part or in whole. Because the courses are online, you can complete them at a convenient location with dependable Internet connection. If, however, you prefer the interaction of a group and a real-time instructor, you may want to consider our Traditional Instructional Courses, which are available in-person or virtually.

You will instantly receive a CPE certificate upon completing any Online Self-Paced Course or Webinar that qualifies. For Traditional Instructional Courses that qualify for CPE, TMG will email certificates 1-2 days after the delivered course date.
Yes. For all paid courses, you have 30 days to complete the course from the date of purchase.

Traditional Instructional Courses (in-person and virtual)
Any cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled class are non-refundable but you have the option of rescheduling. If you reschedule to attend another course, we will apply your prior payment toward your new registration fee. No refunds will be made for the cancellation of a rescheduled course. Personnel substitutions may be made at any time. Payment must be received prior to the course date. No-shows are liable for the full course fee. In the event TMG must cancel a course, we offer a full refund or full credit toward a future training date. Registered course participants will be contacted via email using the email address originally submitted by the registrant.
